• Redwood decking was FSC-certified lumber (some of the first available at that time).
• Bamboo flooring installed in kitchen areas.

Carbon Footprint Reduction

• Existing 1970's appliances replaced with new ENERGY STAR appliances.
• New insulation added to open areas of structure during course of work.

Healthy Interiors

• Natural oil wax finish used on stain-grade woodwork.
