John, Ryan, Steve, and the entire Fusion team did a fantastic job on our first floor remodel. My wife and I were considering new construction because we fell in love with an open first floor concept; an open kitchen that flowed into a dining area and continued into a family room. We not only wanted the openness but we wanted space. We found a house that would allow us to do this, but there were issues preventing this from easily happening. There was a load bearing wall splitting the rooms that included a fire place, hallways that we didn’t want, windows that needed to be removed, rooms that needed to be enlarged, along with all the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing that went along with a job of this size.
Steve Hall was our Superintendent, was at our house daily and was in constant communication with us along the way. We threw him and the Fusion team many curveballs, the professionalism and attention to detail provided was phenomenal. As Steve was wrapping up the last day, he was meticulous with how he left our house.
Many companies can do great work but the Fusion team exceeded all our expectations. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work, attention to detail, professionalism, and their patience and understanding with me. You will not regret using Fusion for any job. Thanks guys, we appreciate how you made this our dream house!!
